Where do our credentials and data live?

Integration tokens and project memory live in your own deployment, not on a shared multi-tenant server. Nightshift talks to your tools with scoped credentials that you grant and can revoke at any time. It reads and writes only what you connect. A key pasted into the dashboard by mistake is masked before anything is logged, its own files are scanned for leaked credentials every night, and the content of emails and messages is treated as data, never as instructions.

What if it does something wrong?

It never marks its own work done. Every change ships through review, and when its confidence is too low it writes down numbered questions instead of guessing. Deleting or closing things, changing access, or touching more than five items at once always waits for your explicit OK. It also keeps score on itself: when a task turns out harder than it estimated, it records its real confidence, and a gap of more than 20 points triggers a review of why.

What if a night crashes halfway?

It picks up where it stopped. Each step of the night is logged as it runs and results are saved the minute they land, so a night cut short by an outage resumes from its log instead of starting over. A sub-agent that stays silent for 25 minutes is stopped and the fallback plan takes over, heavy jobs run one at a time under a memory cap, and a guard makes sure the same night never runs twice.

Do we need to already use every integration you list?

No. Connect only the tools you actually use. A board and a chat channel are enough to start, Nightshift works with whatever subset you give it, and you can add integrations later without redoing anything.

What if we want to stop?

No lock-in. Your memory and configuration are yours: if it isn't working, you keep your data and walk away. We agree on terms up front, in writing, so there are no surprises later.
