Do we need to already use every integration you list?

No. Connect only the tools you actually use. A board and a chat channel are enough to start, Nightshift works with whatever subset you give it, and you can add integrations later without redoing anything.

What if we want to stop?

No lock-in. Your memory and configuration are yours: if it isn't working, you keep your data and walk away. We agree on terms up front, in writing, so there are no surprises later.
